This book is for the Inner Child within each of us, who sometimes needs to be reminded that they are in fact seen, heard, understood, and safe in this existence.

Sharilyn is passionate about each individual's Inner Child's need to feel seen, heard, understood, and safe. She is an advocate for individual emotional regulation and wellness, as well as one's own connection to his/her/their Higher Self (however one defines that to be). Sharilyn currently leads Kindergarteners and First Graders at a local farm school, and is a Mentor-in-Training for the Healing From Within® program. She lives with her husband and three children (two in college and one in high school) in Southern California.
