Dr. Yogesh Kumar Sarin (MBBS, MS, DNB, MCh, MBA, FAIS, FICS, FIMSA, FAMS, FIAP, FNNF) is certified in General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, and Health Care Administration (FMS, DU) and trained in Traumatology (Australia), Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery (UK), and Pediatric Surgical Oncology (USA). Director Professor and Head of Department of Pediatric Surgery at 105-year-old Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. He has over 300 publications in national and international scientific journals with ~1300 citations, many chapters in textbooks, and has participated in/ supervised 43 research projects/ thesis. He had been editor-in-chief of an e-journal ‘Journal of Neonatal Surgery’ (2012-19); he is Emeritus Editor-in-Chief now. Member of editorial boards of two dozen more scientific journals. He is President of the Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons. Government and non-governmental organizations have awarded him the Delhi State Award for Doctors (2012). Besides being an accomplished academician and astute administrator, he is a skilled pediatric surgeon.
