The author and some friends enjoy wine-tasting nights. After a few weeks, it was decided that it would be a good idea to produce a small book in which a record of each wine tasted would be recorded. By using the same tasting criteria for each person with the same wine, it became obvious that each person's taste and reason for liking or disliking of the wine is different. This book has now become a record of the wines liked and disliked by our friends whilst having a lovely dinner.
