Autorenporträt
As a child Dimitrij Grcar lived in Germany and the United States. Educated in civil and international law, he has enjoyed a versatile career over almost four decades and developed into an international expert on trade policy and development through additional education and training. He has attended a number of international conferences, participated in delegations, and written reports and analyses related to international trade issues and economic diplomacy, as well as holding diplomatic posts in Canada Consul General, South Korea Director of Trade Promotion and Switzerland Counsellor. Since his retirement in 2010, Dimitrij has taken up writing fiction with historical backgrounds.
