Mary Kathryn, known as M.K., began her career as a communications professional producing commercials for global clients with a few of the largest ad agencies on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, and then she left corporate life to write and produce as an independent contractor. Traveling to both coasts, she's worked in several formats of broadcast and film, including TV mini-series and feature films. Since working at an executive level in an industry largely controlled by men, she's become an activist for women's advancement who advocates their leadership to vastly improve economic growth worldwide. She holds a BS in Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MA in Communication Arts (Radio-TV-Film) from the University of Michigan. Now she lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she uses her writing to promote women's rights to freedom and equality.
