Robyn Bews is the creator, curator, and chief strategist of WORKshift, an initiative of Calgary Economic Development. As a result of Robyn's leadership, advocacy, and management, WORKshift has grown from Canada's first regional telework initiative to the de facto brand for all things related to flexible work in Canada. Emily A. Klein is the founder of Flextime Global, LLC, a consulting and training business that helps organizations achieve success by implementing strategic workplace flexibility programs, strengthening virtual workplaces, and building high performing teams. As an accomplished strategy consultant, facilitator, and leader, Emily has worked with organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including: the U.S. Army Medical Command, the Department of Education, the Department of Justice, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Defense Information Systems Agency, AT&T, and the Women's President's Association.
