Zoey Elita Chance is a pseudonym that Kelly L. Harrison chose to use for her first published children's picture book. Zoey is the main character of The Quarters and also Third Chance For Love (being released at the same time as Wuzzle the Homeless Fuzzle); in the novels Zoey is a writer, and within the plot she wrote Wuzzle the Homeless Fuzzle.
