Yogacharini Padma is a certified Yoga instructor with over 1,500 hours training in the practical and theoretical aspects of Rishiculture Ashtanga (Gitananda) Yoga. Her training covers more than 300 Asanas, Kriyas and Mudras, 40 Pranayamas, a multitude of relaxation and concentration techniques as well as intensive study of classical yoga scriptures, Sanskrit and Mantra. Teachings passed down from the North Indian Brighu Tantric lineage of Sri Brighu Rishi and the South Indian Saiva Siddantha lineage of Sri Agasthya Rishi, merged through Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri. As a Sadhak on the Yogic path she vividly shares the many life lessons of Yoga in a unique way, hoping to evoke conversations and contemplations of the concepts.
