J. M. Evans (Janet) grew up on the south coast of England, and now lives in a house on the outskirts of London, opposite fields and hedgerows. She is a wife, a mother of three adult children, and has two grandsons. She works in publishing, and runs Write for a Reason; a resource for Christians who love to write stories for kids.
