Born in Delhi in 1999, Manan Aggarwal, a high school student, shares his journey into the world of yoga, which has changed his life immensely. In his book Yoga-a Path for Happy Life, he tries to cover the different aspects of yoga, covering a wide range of asanas, pranayams. An active yoga participant for the past year, he has come to appreciate the metamorphic changes that yoga had brought into his life. Slowly but steadily, he wishes to spread this appreciation further, and with this book, he has taken his first step. Please feel free to contact Manan through e-mail at mananaggarwal99@gmail.com.
