Produktbeschreibung
Yoga is for every body, including yours! This book offers yoga for all types of body: from plus size yoga and pregnancy yoga, to yoga for the elderly or disabled, there's something for all.

No matter who you are or what your abilities are, you can do each of the 50 poses in this book. The variations and modifications to classic yoga poses will also allow you to perform all 10 sequences, which combine different poses into one singular experience and focus on specific physical and mental benefits.

For years, books on yoga have asked readers to bend over backward (literally!) to conform to their physical demands. It's time for the opposite - for readers to demand that yoga conform to their individual needs. This is yoga for real people!
