David Hershwitzky was born on December 6, 1985, at Santa Monica Hospital. He lived the first eight years of his life in beautiful Southern California. When David was eight, his family moved across the country to Frederick, Maryland. David had several behavioral problems growing up. These issues worsened after the move to Maryland. David had quite a few problems adapting to the world around him. He had trouble focusing in school and making friends. David always had a unique personality that children his age would often label as weird or out of the ordinary. Despite not having many friends, David had several interests, including acting, writing, and astronomy. It is unfortunate that David's behavior would soon become a bigger problem. David bounced from therapist to therapist as a child. Diagnoses ranged from ADHD to bipolar disorder and even schizophrenia and autism. From the ages of eleven to fourteen, David spent time in several different psychiatric facilities. This culminated in an eight-month stay at a transitional care facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. When David returned home, he learned how to better cope with his problems. When David was fifteen, his family made another trek across the country. This time, they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. David was homeschooled for a year, and two years after that, he got his GED, and things started looking up. David no longer felt the need for therapy or pharmaceutical treatments. When David was twenty-five, he landed a background role on the hit TV show "Modern Family." This all happened by being in the right place at the right time. Since then, David pursued acting and took his dream to even greater heights. David has worked background on several feature films, including Last Vegas, Think Like a Man Too, and even a Russian movie titled in America as No Love in the City 3. David also worked on hit reality shows such as Restaurant Stakeout and Operation Repo. Currently, David works full-time in retail. He still continues to take on acting projects when he can. David still resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is living proof that anyone can turn his life around for the better. He wishes to continue to entertain and inspire people, both close to home and around the world.
