"You Are There" is a guide book offering various types of scenarios that can be used for visualization purposes. This book offers visualizations for three different areas: relieving stress, manifesting, and dealing with fears and phobias. Each section contains a nice variety of scenarios for you to visualize in your mind's eye. The visualizations outlined in this book can be extremely effective, but are meant to be used in conjunction with an action plan. This means for example, that if I visualize myself being a millionaire, the money won't just magically fall in my lap. The visualization however, would keep me motivated to take the appropriate steps to becoming a millionaire. Unlike other self help books, this one does not make bold promises that it can instantly turn your life around for the better. Making life improvements is a daunting task, and the visualizations outlined in this book will help you get there, but ultimately, it is up to you to act and step out of your comfort zone.
