Producers, Directors and other well known people can take advantage of someone new to L.A., but not all of them do it. Some of you, or maybe all of you, are wondering why I wrote this book. Well, I started writing one day and kept on going. I am the mother of four extremely handsome men and a celebrity mom to one of my sons, who is an international superstar. I had a career in Hollywood for thirty-one years as a personal manager and then a casting director for CBS/USA networks. For the past ten years, I have lived in a small town called Nolensville and I love it; however, I do miss the city I grew up in, which is San Diego. I write a weekly column for a local newspaper, and I have been known to teach beginning writing in various libraries in Nashville. I am retired now but still love to give advice to young people starting out in the entertainment business. Many of my oldest friends still live in San Diego, and two of my children remain there also. It's snowing as I write this, something that is kind of a rarity in Nolensville, but it is beautiful. I'm snowed in and I can't go anywhere, so I figured I would introduce myself to you. This book is purely fiction. Any similarities of the characters in the book to people you may know is purely coincidental.
