Gretchen Downey is a Children's Health Program Innovation and Prevention Specialist, Public Speaker, Author, Conscious Parenting Expert and CEO and Founder of Mind Body Spirit Parenting. She's a 25-year veteran in the areas of school health education, applied neuroscience, behavioral nutrition, substance abuse, social emotional learning, physical activity and spirituality.

Gretchen is known for changing education and personal paradigms that transform children and parents lives. Her unique approach teaches and empowers people to effectively access and use both their physical and virtual human technologies of mind, body and spirit.

Gretchen has spoken locally and nationally on children and adult health topics. Her programs and projects have been featured in the LA Times, Parent Magazine, on Los Angeles area news channels, Blue Zones Project, IDEA and other. Her school health initiatives have received national recognition and awards from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

Gretchen's is devoted to educating and developing innovations that help children, teens and adults thrive by achieving optimum health and utilization of the mind, body and spirit.
