Autorenporträt
Charlie's career in the US Army, including serving in Operation Desert Storm, came as the Women's Army Corps (WAC) ended and women were entering mainstream assignments. The Louisiana native then became "an inadvertent pioneer." When she retired, she turned to her love of writing-off with the combat boots and onto the computer.
