Dr. Prasan R Bhandari is currently serving as professor and head in the department of pharmacology at Symbiosis Medical College for Women at Pune. He has obtained his medical degree from one of the oldest and premier institutes of India i.e. Grant Medical College & J.J.Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He has received his post-graduation in M.D Pharmacology from the academically renowned institute Topiwala National Medical College, B. Y. L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai. He has over 25 years of academic, teaching, research, administrative as well as industry experience. He has published several articles in both national and international journals. He has served as an examiner in several universities for both postgraduate and undergraduate medical, dental, physiotherapy and other allied paramedical students.

Prof. Kala Kumar Bharani is currently working as professor and head of the department of veterinary pharmacology and toxicology at the College of VeterinaryScience, Warangal, Telangana. Prof. Bharani graduated from the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (APAU), Hyderabad, India and completed his PhD from the Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) Tirupati. He is a recipient of the Telangana State Best Teachers Award, Dr Lalitha Kameswaran Award and Dr S. B. Pandey Award. Currently, he is serving as the secretary-general of the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS). Prof. Bharani has published more than 50 peer-reviewed research and review articles.

Dr. Amit Khurana is working as a research scientist at the Centre for Biomedical Engineering (CBME), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) New Delhi, India. Dr. Khurana graduated from the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR), University of Delhi, India. He obtained PhD in pharmacology and toxicology from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad, India. He is a recipient of multiple prestigious fellowships and awards like the DST-DAAD Fellowship, DBT-CNPq Indo-Brazil Fellowship, PC Dandiya Young Scientist Award of the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS) and Merit Award from the Delhi Pharmacy Council. His research interests include nanomedicine, novel therapeutics for gastroenterological and fibrotic disorders. He has authored more than 40 research and review publications and has contributed to more than 10 book chapters (Elsevier, Springer Nature, CRC Press).
