Autorenporträt
Jan Salisbury, MS MCC, is the president of Salisbury Consulting and a founding partner of Leaders Who Coach LLC. Since 2014, she's served as the chair of Vistage Peer Advisory Boards, and is a Master Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation. To grow the impact of coaching, Jan is dedicated to establishing coaching as a core leadership competency. Through her coaching and consulting practices, she partners with leaders to develop them, grow their teams, and establish thriving cultures. She also mentors coaches for professional ICF certification. Early in her career, Jan taught psychology at the undergraduate and graduate levels and has also presented programs in areas such as coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence, diversity, and creating a respectful workplace to her business and nonprofit clients and to professional organizations, including the ICF Coaching Chapters, the American Bar Association, and the American Psychological Association. She's co-authored articles in professional journals as well as the book Investigating Harassment and Discrimination Complaints. She's a co-founder and past president of the board of the High Country Coaching Association of Idaho. Jan spends her free time exploring different cultures, playing on rivers, skiing, and bicycling with her husband, John.
