But this involves investment in time, money and resources on the part of the employer and the employees. How do business leaders view the crucial aspect of learning and skilling of workforce? Is it a cost or an un-necessary burden, often required because of competitive forces or regulation? Or can a highly trained or skilled workforce be a differentiator for an organization?
