John August is a screenwriter whose credits include Big Fish, Charlie's Angels, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, and Frankenweenie . He also created Writer Emergency Pack, an educational storytelling tool distributed to more than two thousand classrooms worldwide.
