Autorenporträt
Bushra Mohamed grew up between Kenya and the UK. She is of Yemeni, Kikuyu and Scottish heritage. Her experiences drive her open-minded and curious practice, finding inspiration in the complex histories of migration. Bushra is an External Examiner at University of Cambridge, Design & Critical Practice Tutor at the London School of Architecture and Lecturer at Kingston School of Art. Since 2023, She is a member of the Kingston Placemaking Panel as well as an advisory board member at Eastside Projects. She was named a RIBAJ Rising Star in 2020.
