The Who Live At Shea Stadium 1982 The Who veröffentlichen erstmals die Audio ihres legendären Konzerts auf CD und Vinyl. Das Konzert im Shea Stadium 1982 war Teil einer Tournee von The Who, die bis auf zwei Auswärtskonzerte in England ausschließlich in Nordamerika stattfand. Es war die letzte Tournee mit Kenney Jones am Schlagzeug und diente der Promotion ihres gerade erschienenen Albums It?s hard. Einige Titel dieses Albums wurden nur auf dieser Tournee gespielt. Die vorliegende Veröffentlichung enthält das Konzert vom zweiten der beiden Abende im New Yorker Shea Stadium, das am 13. Oktober 1982 aufgezeichnet wurde. Obwohl einige Stücke bereits auf Kompilationen erschienen sind, ist dies die erste offizielle Veröffentlichung des gesamten Konzerts.
