Autorenporträt

Les was born in Ashington Northumberland England and started work in the Coal mines at the tender age of 14. He obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent most of his working life on Railway and Power Station projects in Scotland Africa and Iran and finally arriving in Brisbane Australia in the early 80's. He is married with one daughter and a beautiful Granddaughter. Finally retired in early 2000 to take up a life of leisure and to finish this book.
