Autorenporträt
Hugo Moldiz is a lawyer and social commentator, with a masters degree in international relations. A member of the guerrilla movement established by Che Guevara in Bolivia, the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN), he was a founding member of its legal political wing, today the Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS). He is the author of Bolivia en los tiempos de Evo.
