Just as in the first volume, the activities included in this book are by no means prescriptive and have been designed to aid the teacher's planning and to exploit the text in an engaging and creative manner. This book provides advice on how to teach students language exams skills, including the new GCSE exams, becoming a fantastic tool for both newly qualified teachers and experienced teachers.

Autorenporträt
Ana Carrera Hernandez is a Modern Languages teacher with extensive experience working with young learners of Spanish. During her teaching career, Ana focused on helping students to succeed in their learning of Spanish by providing them with engaging tasks and interesting texts in the target language. Her post graduate studies in Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition have provided Ana with a clear understanding of how students learn a second language, making grammatical structures and the reading of complex texts accessible to all students. Ana believes that students need to be taught how to communicate in a foreign language when their vocabulary is limited, making them understand that communication can take place easily if they make use of the vocabulary they already know and the context that surrounds them, without putting too much emphasis on accuracy.
