Faye gets up for school on Monday and sees that it is raining. She does not want to go to school. She's running late so she runs past her mother and leaves the house. On her way, she hits a dog with her bike and falls to the ground. She gets to the train station to find that there are no trains today. She tries to get a bus, but misses that too. She is cold and wet, but runs all the way to school. When she gets there Faye sees a sign on the door: "No school today. School holiday."
