Tatiana Pavlovna Zotova, candidata a Ciencias Pedagógicas, rama de Cheboksary de la Universidad Pedagógica Estatal Rusa de Cheboksary, profesora de inglés. Se graduó en la Universidad Pedagógica Estatal de Cheliábinsk I.Yakovlev. Desde hace más de 15 años, se ocupa de los problemas de la educación de adultos y coopera con la Escuela Superior Popular de Suecia. Es autora de numerosas publicaciones sobre la educación no formal de adultos en Rusia y Suecia.
