An incredible book from an incredible mathematician. Axler's writing style is both enjoyable to read and easy to comprehend. The practice problems come in various difficulties, from the simple to the hard, but you will consistently be learning from the answers, both about linear algebra and about other fields of mathematics. Axler has the full solution manual available for free on his website as well.

Do note that this book is intended for those who have taken a more computationally-focused linear algebra course prior. This book is proof-oriented, so it will not suit engineering or science students uninterested in proof-based mathematics.

The book itself is a nice hardcover copy of a smaller size. It is light and easy to store and carry. If you are seeking a proof-focused linear algebra textbook for self study or for your class, look no further.
