The two classics "Clean Code" and "Clean Coder" are in my opinion "must reads" for every professional software developer. Actually both books are about "the art of developling software responsibly and sustainably" and therefore how to make life for everybody involved in a software development project much easier in the long run. I wish I had get hands on this book already right at the start of my career as a professional software developer.

Compared to "Clean Code", "Clean Coder" puts the focus more on aspects of personal responsiblity in relation to software development, like e.g. estimating and communicating efforts, while "Clean Code" focusses more on the coding itself. Especially for software architects with more project planning and coordination tasks "Clean Coder" might be your first choice before reading "Clean Code".
