Santosh Shah UK master chef presents an amazing, loving, and very tasty collection of Nepali dishes. For anyone wanting to bring an authentic taste of Thai, Hills and the Himalayas into their kitchen this is the book to buy. Well illustrated and with lots of background information I felt like I was being taken on a journey rather than simply being given a menu with instructions. Clearly written with obvious love for the subject matter, Santos shows that he is not only a great Chef but also a gifted and talented writer. I really hope that he will write many more such books in future.
