The book Desert Flower of Waris Dirie is amazing.
She's such a courage and powerful women. Her writingstyle is very direct and good to read.
Her story is emotional and full of pain. Respect.

I saw the film yesterday.
It's a bit different to the book and has a funny touch. It's more about Waris modelling career and her succes than her life in the desert or her way of getting a topmodel.
The actor looks exactly like Waris and did a great job, she's charming.
The last scene, her speech, is very affecting.
