Mary Ventura and the Ninth Kingdom

This little story can carry so many interpretations. The ninth Kingdom is such a powerful read for me at least. It is quite symbolic, and it somehow echoes Plath. On the other hand, when one wants to stick with "Against Interpretation", simply read the story and feel, the repressive depressive lost journey for the girl, or maybe, for all of us.
