Jean Pirotte is Head of Research of the National Foundation of Scientific Research, and Lecturer at the University of Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve), Belgium. Henri Derroitte is an Associate of the Faculty of Theology, Louvain-la-Neuve. Jean Pirotte, docteur-agrégé en histoire, maitre de recherches au Fonds national de la recherche scientifique, enseigne à l'Université de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve). Henri Derroitte, assistant à la Faculté de théologie de Louvain-la-neuve, prépareun doctorat en sciences religieuses sur les revues théologiques africaines entre 1969 et 1988.
