This volume of the journal contains five papers and seven reviews. The book reviews relate to publications on infrastructure and distribution in ancient economic systems, Roman coinage, administration and law in ancient Egypt, Assyria, Athens, and Rome in comparison, ancient information on Persia based on Xenophon's Cyropaedia, the end of the Second Triumvirate and Octavian's official titles from 43-27 B.C., coins and monuments for Severus Alexander, and the morphology of the Anonymus de rebus bellicis.
