Jon Sparks has been writing fiction as long as he can remember, but for many years made his living as an (award-winning) outdoor writer and photographer, specialising in landscape, travel and outdoor pursuits, particularly walking, climbing and cycling. His name is on 60 books all told, plus four self-published novels (and counting). He lives in Garstang, Lancashire, with his partner Bernie and several bikes.
