Valerio Arrighini was born on July 28, 1973, in the beautiful Saarland, Germany. He grew up in a loving family and developed an early affinity for hard work and loyalty. After completing his education, Valerio began his professional career in Germany. Through his outstanding commitment and impressive leadership qualities, he quickly earned leadership positions in various companies. Over the years, he also worked in Italy, where he expanded his intercultural skills and gained further management experience. During his professional career, Valerio married and became the father of three wonderful children. Family is the centerpiece of his life, and he takes pride in being successful both professionally and in his role as a husband and father. In his free time, Valerio discovered writing as a creative counterbalance to his demanding professional life. Through his extensive experiences and numerous further education courses, he has acquired a broad spectrum of knowledge in various subject areas. He processes this knowledge in the books he publishes as a hobby author. Valerio continues to work as a manager in Saarland today. He understands how to use his extensive experiences and knowledge successfully to motivate his employees and lead his teams to peak performance. In doing so, he never loses sight of the well-being of his family and the value of work-life balance. Valerio Arrighini is a role model for many people - in both his professional and private life. His autobiography reflects the story of a man who knows how to combine the best of both worlds with perseverance, dedication, and attention to detail.
