He has a bachelor degree on ¿International Relations¿ and MSc.on ¿Science and Technology Policies Study¿ from METU in Ankara,Turkey.Currently he is continuing PhD program in the same department. In 2011 he was awarded a scholarship which is funded by the EU, obtained MSc degree on ¿Innovation and Entrepreneurship¿from Unversity of Essex,UK.
