Sheikh Abdel -Qader Al -Maghrabi was a reformer imam who was interested in the affairs of the Islamic nation, its literature and its language, as the woman made a special status in his thought, triumphed over her rights and called for the necessity of its liberation. Abdel -Qader Al -Maghrabi was born in Lattakia in 1867, and he is from an ancient scientific family in religion and virtue. His father, Sheikh Mustafa bin Ahmed bin Abdul Qadir bin Abdul Rahman Al -Maghrabi, assumed the Judicial Prosecution in Lattakia and Tripoli Al -Sham. His life is on worship and studying the books of science, especially Sahih Imam Al -Bukhari, where he was passionate about his recitation and studying his peers in the problems of his issues, and Abu Abdul Qadir Sheikh Mustafa was whenever he found an opportunity to work with study and authorship. Abdel -Qader Al -Maghrabi, through a set of lectures that he had given to his students at the Institute of Graduate Studies to introduce Sheikh Abdel Qader Al -Maghrabi. The book contained several things, including: the era in which Sheikh Abdel -Qader lived his family and his biography, his priority, the Moroccan journalist and the reformer, the Moroccan jurist, the Moroccan The author and the first article written by Sheikh Al -Maghribi, quoting Al -Maqattam newspaper.
