L.A. Zadeh introduced the notion of fuzzy sets which gave a mathematical basis for the study of uncertainty. After the introduction of the notion of fuzzy subgroup by A. Rosenfeld, fuzzy algebraic structure has been pursued in many directions such as groups, rings, and modulus and so on. This book contains five chapters. It deals with fuzzy ideals in semirings, rings, $Gamma-$semigroups and near-rings. This book is nicely developed and explains all the concepts with illustrative examples. This book will surely be of much useful to the learners, beginners and researchers who are not familiar to this field.
