Climate Change is a global phenomenon which affects the continuity of human, animal and vegetal life. Many people die everyday for starvation, droughts, and famines. The strong linkage between economic growth, trading system and sustainable development take us to the idea that the WTO must have a direct responsibility for having liberalize the commerce increasing CO2 emissions. Kyoto Protocol represented by the developed countries, pretends to reduce greenhouse emissions; however, efforts are not enough. Developing countries as China and India are rising emissions unstoppable, plus the rejection of some others to collaborate, it is not possible to reach the target. The book offers a legal mechanism proposing the implementation of the free and fair trade of carbon emissions program for the World Trade Organization (WTO)and the Non-WTO, based in global cooperation, balance of economy and environment and the enforcement of rules and regulations as restrictions to assure the commitments without causing an economic collapse. This work is dedicated to all those who think in new solutions for reducing carbon emissions, and for those who love nature.
