Noelle Silver has been a wedding planner for six years, and in all that time, the only bride she's failed to get down the aisle is herself. Abandoned by her fiancé and altogether disillusioned with love, Noelle is ready to shut down her business - after all, what couple would trust a bride who couldn't get her own wedding off the ground to plan theirs? - and leave town. Enter Brooke St. John, and her offer of a generous payment for Noelle to plan her Christmas Eve wedding to a much older man. Noelle has little desire to plan one more wedding, but Brooke's offer will go a long way toward helping Noelle start a new life. It's also an opportunity for Noelle to prove to herself - and her former fiancé - that despite her broken heart she still has what it takes to pull off a wedding worthy of an heiress in the mere two months until Christmas Eve. But the best man, Brooke's older brother Everett, is dead-set on stopping the nuptials. And if he succeeds, he just might drive the final nail into the coffin of Noelle's career - and shatter what remains of her expectations of love. In this laugh-out-loud, enemies to lovers romantic comedy, the holiday season becomes a battleground of wits and unexpected chemistry as Noelle fights to save not only Brooke's wedding, but her own belief in happily-ever-after.

Autorenporträt
Born in Philadelphia, Courtney J. Hall's writing career began when she figured out how much fun it was to make words rhyme. She has since gone on to publish embarrassingly bad poetry, melodramatic short stories and has written beginnings to at least a half-dozen novels. Courtney lives with her husband and a stolen cat in suburban Philadelphia and is the author of two novels - Some Rise by Sin, an historical romance that takes place at the tumultuous end of Mary Tudor's reign, and A Holiday Wish, book 1 in the Silver Bells holiday romance series. Both books were published by Five Directions Press. When she's not busy writing, she's reading, baking, shopping, and buying anything with a Union Jack on it.
