Vegas, USA is a place like no other. Violent sentient storms called electric monsoons plague the earth for half of the year. Combined with the onslaught of exospheric storms sending all of the world's orbiting technology crashing down, the Earth has become a different place.

Red is a young mechanic who is harrowed down by the same sleep disorder that has silently become a worldwide epidemic. Her only companion is Tron, a robotic 'Dash' mounted to her speeder bike.

As the storms grows worse, so do her dreams. Soon Red comes to understand the turmoil of her world as she is forced into a world of deadly assassins and extreme technological warfare. She must now face the relentless forces of nature before her dreams come true.
