Catherine Ayano Nixon is an artist living in the Lowertown Arts District in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has worked as a Yang Style Tai Chi teacher for 20 years and also works as a certified yoga and meditation teacher and Pilates trainer. Meditation has been a foundation for her life and studies for more than 30 years. Catherine uses the practices in this book for her own self-development and to support others in theirs.
