Catherine Cox is an author, personal coach, registered teacher and the founder of 'Lantern Insight Virtual Retreat Centre' (www.lantern-insight.com). After a successful career in Secondary Education, she left Australia and lived for the next 18 years in the UK, working as a Personal Coach and managing an holistic Retreat Centre on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. In recent years she has returned to Australia and now lives in a beautiful rural location in Tasmania. Catherine's particular research interests lie in the language of Symbolic Imagery and the wisdom embodied in Folk Stories and Fairy Tales.
