Caitlin J. McColl is recognised as one of the world's top pet photographers, having photographed thousands of dogs over the years. She began her career as a fashion photographer, winning awards and exhibiting her work internationally. Photographing perfect, beautiful people was fun, but deep down I was aching for something more. More meaningful, more passionate, more SOUL. After adopting her scruffy dog, Lyra, in 2010, Caitlin quit the fashion industry and launched Ragamuffin Pet Photography. With a camera round her neck and a heart full of love, she dedicated herself to building a business that celebrates the life, love and loyalty that our four-legged friends bring to the world. These days, Caitlin specialises in soulful pet portraiture with a patient, down-to-earth approach. She's a passionate advocate for animal rescue and enjoys teaching other photographers how to grow their own meaningful businesses through online workshops and her podcast, The Pet Photographers Club.
