The book discusses the findings of the study that established the attitudes of the stakeholders; assessed how the resources are evaluated for effectiveness of the instructional process, teacher preparedness and difficulties experienced in implementing the policy on acquisition and utilization of resources in primary schools. This work originated from the masters degree thesis at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.

Carolyne Wabwoba is the Deputy Head Teacher at St. Martha's Mwitoti high school. She holds a masters degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction). She has a wide experience in the education. She is a part-time lecturer at Kibabii University College (KUC).Franklin Wabwoba is a lecturer at KUC and a major in Information Technology and a teacher.
