Autorenporträt
Caroline Bock is a novelist, short story writer, and literary citizen. Her books include the critically acclaimed young adult novels LIE and BEFORE MY EYES from St. Martin's Press as well as the award-winning short story collection CARRY HER HOME (winner of the Washington Writers' Publishing House Fiction Award). She studied creative writing with Raymond Carver and Tobias Wolff at Syracuse University and earned an MFA in Fiction from the City University of New York. She was also a cable television executive for two decades at Bravo, IFC, IFC Films and AMC networks. Her new novel, THE OTHER BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE, a workplace love story, is forthcoming from Regal House Publishing in the summer of 2026. She lives in Maryland with her family where she writes and teaches creative writing workshops.
