Caroline Wanjiru Njuguna is an Inspector of police in Kenya Police service in charge of crime. She is now a PhD candidate in the school of diplomacy, security and correctional science in Kenyatta University. She has a Master¿s Degree in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi.
