Carl Mabbs-Zeno retired after 35 years in the Federal Government, including service with the 173rd Airborne in Vietnam. The balancec of his government work was as an economist working on issues of international food security and U.S. foreign aid. He lives with his wife, Lynda, in New Hampshire, active in community affairs and quiet hikes in the hills.
