This book reiterates the fact that for the OHADA arbitration system to portray itself as a hub for ISDs, it definitely has to provide a legal framework which grants specific procedural safeguards inherent to ISD arbitration and takes into consideration the characteristic features associated with the practice. In addition, it must periodically flex itself to meet up with contemporary trends and changes associated with ISD arbitration. If States and foreign investors must participate in OHADA arbitration, legislators must modernize the rules and texts guiding the conduct of arbitral proceedings whilst incorporating globally acclaimed procedural aspects of ISD arbitration. This will go a long way to boost the system¿s ability to efficiently administer ISDs proceedings and bolster the confidence of foreign investors operating within the national territories of Member States to the OHADA treaty.
